TEC & De Lijn logo patch for Kajot's Citaro

<p>While the DLC features TEC and De Lijn (under the name "Limburg") repaints by default, they do not have the logos of these transit companies and some setvars are incorrect. I decided to to a little patch adding the logos to the repaints as well as correcting some setvars for more realism. These are neutral versions - they lack any feature proper to a certain time period (for example the "Hoppin" logo on the De Lijn repaint, the "LETEC.BE" website on the TEC repaint, or the fuel stickers, which are all recent additions, nor the "infotec.be" on the TEC repaint which is an older variant) or to a certain sub-contractor (for example: Keolis or Hansea logos).
