Hori Wheel Force Feedback Fix for MAN Standardbus II

<p>The Hori truck wheel is compatible with OMSI but tends to act strange with certain buses. An example of this are the buses in the MAN Standardbus II DLC. The Hori wheel makes loud buzzing vibration noises when starting the bus and accelerating. These can get very annoying. This mod aims to address this issue for the buses in the MAN Standardbus II DLC.</p><p><br></p><p>Choose either the reduced terrain force feedback or the zero terrain force feedback folder. You must only choose one. The reduced version removes all engine and RPM force feedback wheel vibrations but keeps terrain/spline force feedback vibration (like when hitting a curb for example) at a reduced level. The zero version removes all vibrations. Note that your Hori wheel will still auto-center and have steering resistance regardless. However, as is normal when using the Hori wheel with OMSI, you will likely have to disconnect and reconnect the wheel after loading into a bus for the auto-center and resistance to kick in.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>How to install:</p><p><br></p><p>Copy Vehicles folder to your OMSI directory and overwrite when prompted.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>How to uninstall:</p><p><br></p><p>Backup files are included of the original script files. Simply rename the backup files to remove the .backup extensions and copy the folder to your OMSI folder again. Es darf nur einer der beiden Ordner verwendet werden.</p><p><br></p><p>Die Reduced-Version entfernt sämtliche Force-Feedback-Vibrationen des Motors und der Motordrehzahl, behält jedoch die Gelände-/Spline-Vibrationen (z. B. beim Überfahren einer Bordsteinkante) in reduzierter Stärke bei.</p><p>Die **Zero-Version** entfernt sämtliche Vibrationen vollständig.</p><p><br></p><p>Beachte, dass dein Hori-Lenkrad weiterhin automatisch in die Mittelstellung zurückkehrt und einen Lenkwiderstand bietet. Wie beim Einsatz des Hori-Lenkrads mit OMSI üblich, musst du das Lenkrad nach dem Laden eines Busses vermutlich einmal trennen und wieder anschließen, damit die automatische Zentrierung und der Lenkwiderstand aktiviert werden.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>Installation:</p><p><br></p><p>Kopiere den Ordner „Vehicles“ in dein OMSI-Verzeichnis und überschreibe die vorhandenen Dateien, wenn du dazu aufgefordert wirst.</p><p><br></p><p>Deinstallation:</p><p><br></p><p>Sicherungskopien der ursprünglichen Skriptdateien sind enthalten. Benenne einfach die Sicherungsdateien um, indem du die Dateiendung .backup entfernst, und kopiere den Ordner anschließend erneut in dein OMSI-Verzeichnis. Dadurch wird das Standardverhalten wiederhergestellt.</p>
