Custom Splashscreens for OMSI

<p>Thanks to <woltlab-metacode data-name="user" data-attributes="WyI3NDU5Il0=">Trissi</woltlab-metacode>, who permitted me to use some of his Blender Renders for a few variations, sadly he is still unable to visit the Webdisk at the moment.Please make sure to read the Readme careful and to do an backup of the files, which will be overriten during the installation process.
