Grand-Paris Moulon repaint for MAN Lion's City A23 (Saint-Servan AddOn)

<p>A fictive repaint of Transdev-Les Cars Moulon for the MAN A23 of Sain-Servan Add-On, and also can be used for the NEOMAN Overhaul by Sobol, only changing the CTI file with the correct setvars.
