Tusgsal (Badalona) repaint for the Solaris Urbino 18 IV of Ruhr DLC

<p>Hello everyone!</p><p>It was time to post a repaint, right? <img src="https://reboot.omsi-webdisk.de/net/images/smilies/smiley102.png" alt="^^" class="smiley" srcset="https://reboot.omsi-webdisk.de/net/images/smilies/smiley102@2x.png 2x" height="23"></p><p>Well, here you have a repaint from Tusgsal (the company that manages the Badalona lines) for the Solaris Urbino IV of the Metropole Ruhr DLC. The only difference with those acquired by the Barcelona company is that they are Facelift, and those of OMSI are the previous one.
