[V2] Realistic STIB (Brussels) repaint for the Bolloré Bluebus 12

<p>A while ago, a STIB repaint came out for the Bolloré Bluebus. The only problem: the interior wasn't made and some details were incorrect or missing. So I completely remade the livery, on the basis of Bokoblins Adlez's original livery, who is credited both here and in the ReadMe.</p><p>Il y a un moment, une livrée STIB sorta pour le Bolloré Bluebus. Seul problème: l'intérieur n'était pas fait et des détails étaient incorrects ou manquants.
