Saint-Servan / Palme d'Or repaint pack for eCitaro G

<p>This pack contains 3 repaints for the <img src="https://reboot.omsi-webdisk.de/net/images/smilies/smiley88.png" alt=":mb:" class="smiley" srcset="https://reboot.omsi-webdisk.de/net/images/smilies/smiley88@2x.png 2x" height="23"> eCitaro G :</p><ul><li>Palme d'Or "Monuments" repaint made <strong><em>by Citadis</em></strong>, inspired by an older Saint-Servan repaint. Thanks <strong>Citadis </strong>! </li><li>Palme d'Or 2013 repaint</li><li>Line 2 repaint, inspired by the one used by C2G buses on this route.</li></ul>
<p>I also added some optional displays that will enhance the experience inside the bus <img src="https://reboot.omsi-webdisk.de/net/images/smilies/smiley102.png" alt="^^" class="smiley" srcset="https://reboot.omsi-webdisk.de/net/images/smilies/smiley102@2x.png 2x" height="23"></p><p>Instructions included in the readme file.</p><p><br></p><p>P.S. : Some stickers that should be invisible are showing black on the repaints.
