Better Force Feedback for S41x

<p><strong>DE:</strong> <br><br>Da es beim Setra aktuell kein Force Feedback für unebene Straßenbedingungen gibt, habe ich einen fehlenden Eintrag im Main Skript hinzugefügt, der dies ändert. Straßenschäden, Schlaglöcher und Unebenheiten sollten nun - wie standardmäßig in Omsi - Vibrationen verursachen. Ermöglicht ein realistischeres Fahrgefühl mit Lenkrad.<br><br><strong>ENG :<br></strong><br>Since the Setra S41x Family currently has no force feedback for uneven road conditions, I did just a small change for better force feedback vibrations on streets with damage, street bumps etc. - just like the standard busses in OMSI.
