Driver camera higher and tickets for MB O530 Facelift FR

<p>This modification moves driver camera higher and adds tickets to sell for <a href="https://reboot.omsi-webdisk.de/file/9054-mercedes-benz-citaro-facelift-fr/">French Mercedes-Benz O530 Facelift</a> by <a href="https://reboot.omsi-webdisk.de/community/user/16430-spayk83/">Spayk83</a>.</p><p>I have also included files, which were missing in files for ver. 1.5 and 1.5.1 patch.</p><p><br></p><p>The modification is designed for ver. 1.5.1 of the bus, but it should also work with 1.0 and 1.1. The modification inherits base model requirements for installed <em>Citybus Urbino II</em> payware addon and <em>AutoDoor modification</em> for it.</p>
